2 Year Protection Plan

2 Year Protection Plan : 

In addition to the manufacturer warranty, Dalton Style offers an extended two year (twenty-four month) protection plan covering damage of watch hands, dial, date box, and watch movement. If the watch proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.  The purchased warranty will cover a single replacement watch if the watch cannot be serviced for the damaged parts, links, clasp, and/or pins at any time during the 24 month period from when the warranty was purchased.

The purchased Protection plan can be redeemed once for a single replacement watch or repair during the Protection plan coverage period of either 2 year depending on which one purchased.  The replacement watch received will be under the Company’s regular manufacturer’s warranty unless an additional Protection plan is purchased on the new watch received.

Any replacement watch will need to be insured by purchasing another two-year Protection plan

 

What is NOT covered under the Protection plan: 

1. 1. 1. Damage to the crystal or watch case

      2. Damage resulting from lack of care, accidents,

      3. Normal wear and tear such as scratches, scuffs, and cracks. 

      4. Water damage unless the product is marked water-proof. 

      5. Any watch or bracelet that was not originally purchased directly from Dalton Style or an authorized Dalton Style wholesaler. 

      6. Damaged caused due to unauthorized repair service.

      7. All other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.

      8. Protection plan cannot be purchased on final sale items or discontinued watches. 

      9. Theft or lost packages are not covered under protection plan.
