Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange/store credit return policy from the day the order was delivered. All return shipping for personal preference exchanges (including size-related exchanges) is covered by the customer.
Please note: Returned items must be in 'new' or 'unused' condition and still include their original packaging.
Your exchange will not be accepted if:
- The item is marked Final Sale on the site
- It has been worn or taken out of original protective plastic
- You have attempted to reassemble a broken watch
- Watch is broken due to wear and tear
- It is a free promotional item (such as a bracelet or key chain)
All engraved watches can be returned for an exchange/store credit within 30 days with a $35 restocking fee.
Rings :
If you would like to return a Ring for exchange, we offer up to 14 days for an exchange. After 14 days, we will no longer offer the opportunity for return or exchange.

**We provide a return shipping label for ease of exchange but the return shipping label cost is deducted from the total store credit amount.
If you live outside the United States, please click on the link below to start your exchange process.
**All international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide a return label to ship the item back but we also do not deduct any return shipping label fees from the store credit amount.
