Begin a Warranty Claim
In order to be eligible for a warranty, your item must have been delivered within the past year.
Any warranty submissions after the 12-month manufacturer's period are subject to repair and/or replacement fees.

To make your claim go faster, please be sure to do the following:
- Under "Type of Inquiry", please select "Warranty Claims", then the type of warranty you are submitting for (either watch warranty, bracelet warranty or repairs outside warranty period).
- Include any photos or videos that show the problem
- Include original order number or purchaser's name and email address
- Provide as much detail about the issue as possible
